Terms and Conditions for Dklypse Swimwear. Please review all details before making a payment on all orders. Once an order is placed there can be no changes made.
Production/Stock Policy
We are a handmade, make-to-order business and all of our items are all handmade as soon as we receive a paid order. We do not carry stock. However, if you wish to contact us for wholesale order by sending us an email with the subject line ‘ WHOLESALE ORDER’  to dklypseswimwear@gmail.com .

How To Pay For Your Order

We have three payment options:
1) Cash (Nassau Bahamas Residents ONLY)
2) Bank Wire Transfer
3) Western Union
Order Processing Time
* Once we have received your order and payment you may no longer make adjustments to your order, it is final.
* Your suit(s) will be ready within ten (10) working business days(Mon.-Fri. 10am-6pm) or on the specified date given to you, excluding Bahamian National Holidays.
* If there is a delay on your order, we will contact you by email and inform you of the delay and provide you with a date that your order will be ready.

Nassau Delivery/Pick Up
When your order is ready we will contact you by email and you may choose to either:
* Schedule a Date/Time to pick up
* Free Delivery

Family Island Shipping Policy
* We provide Free Family Island shipping with Bahamas Postal
* Once your order is ready, we will email you a registered number(tracking number) for your package
* You will receive your package within 4 business days at the local Post Office on your Island
* We are not responsible for packages that get damaged or lost in the mail.
* Please carry a government form of identification when picking up your package
International Shipping Policy
* We Provide Free International shipping.
* Once your order is ready you will receive your item(s) in 1-2 business days (Mon.-Fri.).
* You are responsible for all custom charges that may arise after your package enters into your country.
* Once your order is shipped, we will email you your tracking number
* We are not responsible for packages that get damaged or lost in the mail.
* Our preferred shipping company is FedEx and USPS
Return/Exchange Policy
All orders including customized orders: There is a STRICT NO RETURN/EXCHANGE and a NO REFUND POLICY on all orders due to each item being handmade to each client’s request.
We reserve the right to refuse an order and refuse a refund, return or exchange.
